Ron is going to put together a list of members that are paid up...If your membership has expired, we will let you know. We have been getting new members, and that's great. BUT, we need you, so re-inlist ASAP!
We are talking with others out in the community about different places to play and also thinking of a small - mini blues festival in the summer...stay tuned (always...)

Hey Siskiyou County.... The blues is alive and has been trucken along... most recently with some Dynamite Blues down at Papas' Place, in Beautiful Downtown Weed California! Man, if you’re a player or a lover-listener of the blues, you gotta check this out! Depending on the weather, it's every Thursday, starting at around 7:00PM (help set up at 6:30), the blues starts rolling… Stop in, sign up, and jam a few tunes...call if in doubt.
Amps and PA are provided, just bring an ax and chop some wood!

The Siskiyou Blues Society is about music and community. One of the best tools for plugging into and enjoying community spirit is indeed music, been that way since the beginning of human history!
Here in the Far Northern Region of California, we are blessed to have many fine artists and community minded people of all ages and styles. We are a community non-profit based platform, for building and sustaining the enjoyment of blues. Really, "it takes a village." We need help keeping the Siskiyou Blues Society going so we can keep the blues alive, it takes volunteers, like you... We need your help and we have something for everyone to do...
